Architectural design and construction of Greek headquarters for a major international shipping company. The offices were located at an 80 years old iconic building in central Athens, covering a space of 600 square meters. The property had to be completely reconstructed and the existing office relocated and fully operational within 50 days. Our team provided a turnkey solution including architectural design, engineering, lighting design, interior design, and of course project management, construction, quality control, and after-sales service.
Architectural design and complete remodeling of an old apartment in the most prestigious region of Athens. The apartment was 300 square meters, covering the entire top floor, but lacked any kind of maintenance for the last ten years. Our team turned it into a classic penthouse overlooking an amazing view of local ancient temple ruins. A huge master bedroom, guest room, an enormous kitchen, maid's room, an incredible balcony with custom made on demand mosaic wall art and even a gym was included in this unique property.
